Why choose Rebecca & Third Eye Photography For your family portraits?

As a family photographer in Crested Butte for two decades, I know the best locations and even better – when to be there. From our initial chat, to your session, and afterwards when we meet in my CB South studio to select your favorites, we will have fun creating beautiful memories for you and your family!

How long is a family portrait session?

My family sessions are typically an hour of shooting time. I’ve found that this is plenty of time to capture candids as well as posed photographs of your family with a variety of unique images.

How much do family pictures cost?

My session fee is $295 which secures your date and covers our time spent shooting as well as editing. After your session, we will set up a time to view and order your prints and products. There are no minimum orders – buy only what you love!

How do I book with you?

First, fill out our contact form and we’ll talk about all the details of your session: number of people, location preferences, and the date you’re thinking about. Once we have your date selected, I will send over a contract to sign and you’ll pay your $295 session fee. When we get closer to your scheduled date, we will discuss specific locations to meet.

Where in Crested Butte can we have our family pictures taken?

I have several locations that I love to use that are just minutes from Crested Butte! They include beautiful views of Crested Butte mountain as well as pathways through the aspens. Walking distance is minimal and easy. If you’re looking for indoor portraits, I also have a studio for more location options. If you’re into a city vibe, Crested Butte has a quaint and colorful historic downtown area that is perfect for photos.

What if my kids don't sit still?

There’s no need to worry! As a mom of two boys, I get it. My style of photography is perfect for kids with boundless energy.
